Champagne & Chestnuts at Fontanini Fruit and Nut Farm in Manjimup
A farm tour and talk with Tony Fontanini on his family farm in Manjimup, followed by a presentation of eight different special wines by Champagne Bureau representative and respected wine lecturer Lexie Thompson.
The wines will be pared with four matched dishes created by Sophie around the diversity and elegance of Champagne, prepared and served long-table style on the farm.
