Emma from My Darling Lemon Thyme is a huge local production advocate as well as being a trained chef and fellow cookbook author. Her blog is full of a marvellous array of gluten free and vegan recipes, born from the dietary needs of Emma and her children.
Emma visited us for the launch of Food of the Southern Forests and adapted one of the book’s recipes Broccoli soup with tahini, lemon and pine nut za’atar for her blog post.
