In 2014, WA’s own Pink Lady apple variety celebrated its 40th anniversary. I was invited by Genuinely Southern Forests to develop a series of recipes, working in conjunction with renowned food photographer Craig Kinder. The project resulted in a series of recipe cards that were issued domestically and internationally in celebration of the occasion.
