Sophie will be presenting Food of the Southern Forests at the Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival on Sunday 31 May.
With Master of Ceremonies duties undertaken by Ian Parmenter, Sophie’s presentation takes place 12 noon – 1pm. South West TAFE hospitality students will join Sophie to cook selected recipes from the book. Seasonal local produce will be a feature of the dishes.
